Board of Elders

What is an Elder?

An Elder in this case is not an old man. Rather, a prerequisite to being an Elder is to be spiritually mature and here to serve others. Some ways in which Elders serve are:
• Assisting the Pastor
• Serving Communion at church and in homes
• Praying with and for those in need
• Being available as a sounding board for members
• Visitation to homes and hospitals
• Working with boards and committees

Ways to Engage - Meet your Elder and get to know him. He is interested and cares about your spiritual and physical well-being, and is ready to serve you!

Elders normally meet in the fellowship hall at 7:30am on the 1st Saturday of each month, but please check the calendar info below for exact dates / times.
